What is your return policy?
We accept returns for any items in unused and unboxed condition within 24 hours the product has been delivered.
If 24 hours have gone by since your order was delivered, we will not be able to accept a return and it is only applicable for unboxed condition.
Please understand that because we have already paid for shipping costs on our behalf in order to provide free shipping for all orders, we do not cover the costs for returns nor provide pre-paid shipping labels.
The shipping costs for returns is in the responsibility of the customer.

What is your exchange policy?
If you would like to return your item for exchange due to wrong sizing or color, we require you to return the merchandise (at the cost of shipping) in which we will gladly issue out a replacement of your desired option.
If you wish to not return the item, we provide alternate solutions involving partial discounts to the full amount of order to have a replacement sent out.
If the item(s) you received are defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue free replacement of the same model.What is your cancellation policy?
We allow up to 24 hours from when the order has been placed in order to request a cancellation.
Please understand that we will not be able to cancel your order any time beyond that as we do our best to process and ship out items as fast as possible.
Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned items in our department.
It can take anywhere between 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to show on your bank statement. If it has been beyond this period, we advise contacting your bank to see if there might be a pending credit waiting to post.
We highly recommend all customers to get a tracking number from their local post office when sending their items back to us.
